Why are you prices so low?
We sell Distributor direct. So, the furniture is picked up from the distributor and delivered directly to our customers. Less overhead means lower prices and a better value for our customers.
How do I order?
Find a product you want, and we will deliver typically within 7-10 days if you are in the delivery area. You can pay in advance through Shopify or choose the COD option and pay when it arrives. A representative will contact you to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Do you set up or offer white glove delivery service?
We deliver to a wide area, and our delivery guys are on a tight schedule to complete the delivery, so delivery is to inside the front door or garage. There are online services such as Thumbtack that you can use if you absolutely need someone to set it up.
Is set up difficult?
No. Everything comes assembled except the bed for bedrooms. Backs slide on and lock into place reclining Living room sets. Some stationary living room sets do require assembly. In those cases, assembly is easy and instructions and everything you need is included in the box.
What if there are damages?
It is rare for new furniture to be damaged in the box. In those rare cases where there is a defect the distributor provides a replacement part, and we will either ship you the part or come and swap it out.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final in order to keep prices low. Do not order unless you are sure it is what you want
What types of payments do you take?
C.O.D. payments are Cash, Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle. You can pay by credit card or Shop pay through our store if paid in advance. (credit card will occurs additional fees)
How is delivery fee determined?
The delivery fee is determined by the space it takes in the truck. Most fees are $120-$200 per set.
Do I pay a delivery fee on every item if I buy multiple items?
Yes, the item still needs to get from the distributor to your house.
Are there discounts for volume purchases?
Our prices are all discounted to start with. contact us and we do offer volume discounts on orders over $10,000.
